Can the Sc certificate from Bihar used by the person belongs to WB?

I reside in West Bengal and all my documents belong to West Bengal, voter id, Aadhar card, ration card everything. My education is also from West Bengal. I come under SC category and I have a valid SC certificate from BIHAR. Can I use that for the government exams. Will it be considered valid? Kindly rly.

Yes. Sc of one state is valid in another state also. As per law every state government prepare a list of groups who fall under SC/ ST/ OBC , and as per that list the people of that category gets the certificate.
If any state issued a valid caste certificate, then it is valid all over india.

Yes, the local State Government generally prepares a list of groups that belong to the SC/ST/OBC category, based on that they issues the caste certificate accordingly.So the caste certificate issued by one State Government, if its a valid one then it is valid all over the country.
