Can status quo vacate my stay order

Dear Sir/madam,
My question is , can status quo vacate my stay order which i got from court for protection of my property. now some one in my absence entered in my property and got status quo.

Yes the order needa to be challenged as status quo order cannot be passed when there is already a stay order
the order is bad in law ; but before giving any further opinion it is requested to give more details as to the case
