Can status quo suspended in high court case pending in district

there is a title suit on my land and a status quo... can i get that status quo suspended in high court as the case is in district court

If the trial court passed interim order of status quo in the suit, you can approach high court and file a revision petition to set aside the status quo order of the trial court. For further suggestions, either consult your own lawyer or a local lawyer along with your case papers as without knowing the complete facts of the case, it is difficult to render proper advice.

As you said that you want to vacate the status quo order suspended, but you have not mentioned if the IA is still pending or dismissed or allowed. Whatever may be the out come of IA then you can file case against the order if lies before high court. Call us through website for assistance
