son can claim his converted muslim mother's property after her death in indian law ?My mother previously hindu.
Yes, the son shall always be entitled to his biological mothers property even if she converts to another religion. there is no provision in law which does not allow him to get the share in the property. but in case its self acquired then he has no right

According to Hindu Law, when any man / woman converts from Hindu to any other Religion, the right to the property of that Hindu man / woman ceases. The claim of the son can be made, but since it is a rare case, I must have to study the matter, thoroughly.
