Can seller ask to return the second-hand car bought by consideration

Hy sr i bought a 2nd hand car tata indica vista last week in rs.95000 when i take car i pay 70000 and i ensure that i will pay 25000 within a week and transfer in my name i take my car in my residence but he doesn't cAll me for the money yesterday when i call him for the money paying of 25000 he change there thought and say in rud voice ruturne my car and take your money as well as wanting rent for car taking for a week i dont want to buy i agree him but i spent 5000 on the car work and i dont have any afitdefit .

if there is a mutual agreement then you can take your car back.It totally depends on the other person whether he is ready to give it back to you or not. the agreement needs to be signed on a stamp paper and it needs to be registered.
