"RELATIVES" is a term which includes many persons. Thus it is not possible to suggest whether the person who claims in your father's property or ancestral property has a right to get his / her share ? So if you can clarify that who is the person and how is he/she related to you and your father then it would be proper to answer your query.

All relatives don't have claim over ancestral property of your father. However Sec.6 of Hindu Succession Act prescribes only coparceners have right over ancestral property and Sec 8 provides a schedule who includes lenient descendants of original owner have right over the ancestral property Question does not reveal who these relatives are so please give details for appropriate answer.
