Can Police Arrest or Can case Stand

Sir one person fearing to file case against me only for calling his dad not any other issue can any action take against me and if what we can i do can i quash his fir or file bail application

quashing of the fir is done by the high court and it is not in your hand because firstly it is seen that which sections are mentioned and then only it can be decided. if arrest is made then only you can apply for bail Or may be anticipatory bail if situation becomes so.

The answer is that on what grounds, he will file the case because you did not do any wrong or anything . if he files case, then see under what sections, he will file. After that you have to see whether the offence is bailable and non-bailable.

FIR is only filed for criminal cases. Calling someone and threatening them for criminal action can leads to police complaint not any kind of FIR. Person might be saying this to warn you. Would like to know more details to give you specific answer
