If your name is not included as defendent then file impleade petition in that suit. Your father's self acquired property can't be part of your joint family property. So you have every right to defend the suit.

Dear Client,
Your father`s sister cannot claim the personal property of your father as joint family property. Engage an expert advocate for getting expert advise. If your father earned the same with his self exertions and treated it as separate property, then his sister cannot club the same with joint family property and she cannot claim share in it.
