Minors cannot represent and execute a general power of attorney, since they are not recognized by law as competent person to represent himself in any legal issue. Only guardians of such minors can represent them in any matters which are legally allowed by Law.

Dear Sir, This is not right way to dispose the property. Further we need to court permission to dispose the minor share involved in the property. The court considering our facts , and direct the guardian to deposit some amount in the name of minors. Later as per court direction we may dispose.

HELLO,

IF the property referred in which the minor children has has lien (as co-sharer ) the Father as natural guardian can execute POA ON BEHALF OF HIS-SELF & AND on behalf of minor children. In the recitation of POA Document it should be clearly mentioned that out of the sale proceeds of the POA due share shall be earmarked for such of those minors male or female immaterial.
