can legal herirs can claim after 33 years

I had purchased a revenue site in 1983 and we built house but govt authority dc had demolished whole area we all go to dc and taken permission and rebuilted in 1986 MUDA has collected fees and in 1994 it has handed over to corporation and I have paid taxes and corporation had given katha to that property now legal herirs came and claiming the property They brought caveat what step shall I take

You need not worry engage a lawyer and fight back the case you have good case

Legal heirs cannot claim right on the property unless they are entitled for the same under law. Would suggest that you file a suit for injunction restraining them from entering/trespassing your property. If they have credentials to prove their title to the property then you may have to file a relief for declaration of title as well against them.
