The breach of agreement against your company may be of civil nature , the bounce of cheque viz dishonour of cheques filed before the criminal court and numbered in cc is of criminal nature, hence you are not entitled to get government job. But in police verification if the dishonour cheque case is filed in court it cannot have crimal records in police station against you as it is a private case.Genarally remarks against you is a bad remark against you and will disqualify from employment.
