Can hospitals (not doctors) offer certain incentive like cash back, free OPD, discount to person who recommends a patient to the particular hospital.
Hello,
Private Hospital can do,as to boost there business,its there wish either to give discount or give there services free of cost,its totally there wish.
But Govt hospital cannot do these practises as they are free for people.
