Can daughter sell ancestral property share of her father by CNT act

According to CNT act a traible married daughter can sell Ancestral property of her father's share.

if the property has been transferred to your name i.e. the daughter you can sell the property with the consent of the other relatives who have share in the property. in case the property is not transferred in your name then you cannot sell it until partition of the property is done

YOU MAY SELL YOUR FATHER PROPERTY BUT SOME CONDITIONS ARE REQUIRED TO BE FULFILLED.
1. YOU MAY ONLY LEGAL HEIR OF YOUR FATHER.
2. YOUR FATHER SHOULD BE LEGAL OWNER OF SUCH PROPERTY.
3. THERE SHOULD BE ANY COUNTER CLAIM OF ANYONE ON THE PROPERTY.
4. BEFORE SELLING YOUR FATHER PROPERTY PERMISSION OF DEPUTY COMMISSIONER IS REQUIRED
