05-Jul-2023 (In Civil Law)
I didnt put on mask because i was coming back from market after eating ,but after seeing police checking at the market entrance i immediately put it on, but he noticed this and asked me for 500 rupees fine, i described why i didnt put it on he said u can go and court will send notice. Do i really get notice from court for this matter?

Yes you can get notice from court for this matter. wearing of mask in public is mandatory and not wearing a mask in public will attract a fine. therefore if a police man has got you not wearing a mask and is not able to collect the fine from you on this what he shall forward the challan to the court for collection.

if police officer takes your adhar card or any of your ID than only you will get court case notice and this case is not so big it's just a matter of 1 or 2 dates... tell your name and nearest police station i will check it.

First of all tell me do that police personnel know you or your residence where you live. If no then you need not worry and no one is getting you noticed from the court. And even if you get the notice then you can always tell the court about the excuse. It’s a compoundable offence. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
