Can construction be done on the joint property without the consent one

Injunction granted not to change in nature of property as property is joint partition never take place between co-sharers..... Construction done on valuable portion without any consent and court order not to change in nature of property... Sale of machinery even suit property given on rent and is daughter right in mother property and unmarried brother died is sister right in it..... There is no will.... Mother died in 1992 and brother in 1997...... Plz tell laws and guide me even contempt case in pending in civil court... What evidences........ Property is ancestral one and joint with self purchased property of others

If injunction granted then certainly you can go for contempt if there is breach of order. Bring it to the notice of court as soon as possible. Moreover you should personally consult a lawyer for detailed information on laws and rights.

No construction without consent of of legal hairs . Partition by court procdure.Evidence use mother and lived with you no live other family parson . When you want construction property move application in court for some construction . Every id prove move in court court are possession in property

according to law without getting the partition no construction can be raised on property. if the other co-owner gave their consent then there is no problem. where the matter is pending in the court, then neither any kind of construction can be made in the joint property nor alienation of specific portion can be done. bring the evidence on record, from which you can prove this fact that the property is ancestral.

Just go ahead with your case and prove that you have right over the property being class I heir of your brother and mother and you will certainly get the property. As far as changing the nature and giving it on rent is concerned you have filed contempt petition already and just go ahead with that and get them convicted.
