Can attestation of document be done from different court

1.i want to submit affidavit of section 65b in delhi court in my pending dv case. Can i get it attested /notrised in patiala, where am residing currently? 2.can reply/written statement of section 125 with income affidavit can be attested /notrised in patiala with notary in cout to be submitted in delhi tis hjari court.?

Yes you can but as far as court plaints/ replies are concerned you have to get it attested by an oath commissioner. By general rule, the oath commissioner shall attest your affidavit only in your presence. Therefore you can get it attested at Patiala and submit that anywhere in India as required.

it wou;ld be better if you get the documents attested from delhi itself, however with in Delhi you can get it attested from any of the District court . Patiala is in another state so better would be get it attested from Delhi.

You can get your affidavit attested from oath commissioner and it will not effect, if you get it attested from Patiala House Court and submit it to Tis Hazari Court. You can also attest your affidavits supporting to your reply/WS from Patiala Court.
