Can APIIC acquire agriculture land from farmers after judgement by HC
10-Nov-2023 (In Civil Law)
15 years back APIIC tried to acquire the agriculture lands from the farmers.Farmers won the Judgement/case in high court and also bought NOC from APIIC in recent years. Is there any right/chance to re appeal on same lands from APIIC ?? If Yes how many chances will be there for APIIC to appeal on same lands after giving NOC to farmers ?

As the judgment is passed in your favour and against APIIC then yes they do have the liberty to file an appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court within the limitation period. we cannot tell you that they have filed an appeal or not and the chances of giving NOC to the farmers by them.,
