Can any order be valid if defendant have not recorded Halafnama

Can any order be valid if defendant have not recorded Halafnama or done verification with WS in court??? Can i challenge validity of order if it is against me??? will that order be treated as void???
Without halafnama no one can record their statement since it is not valid according to law. Definitely you can challenge that order though it is in favour or against you. The order without affidavit is void.
