Can a state teacher also do different business?

A state goverment prisdiya teacher in primary school can become a mutual fund distributor? If no then why?

Dear friend as per your question if you are in permanent job and from UP you don't involve in other profession, if you are in contract basis and in terms and conditions you had mentioned that you will not join any other profession then you could not join mutual fund distribution.

Sir that would clearly depend Upon the appointment letter that has been issued by the School to her. The clauses there shall dictate the terms and comditions of her empliyment. If it allows then she can else she cant.
