Can a PIL be filed against NEET UG exam

Actually neet ug 2017 was conducted 2nd time in the state of telangana due to difference in language for some students but for the same seat allotment so can i apply a pil in supreme court because for same exam two different question papers in the same state??

To start with, Supreme Court does not entertain cases pertaining to admissions to medical and other educational institutions as a Public Interest Litigation case. Even though if you file the case, it will be returned to you or the case will be referred to the PIL cell in the court complex. All petitions received in the PIL cell will first be screened in the cell and only such petitions as are covered under the listed categories ( Check the categories on the Supreme Court website) will be placed before a Judge to be nominated by Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India for directions after which the case will be listed before the Bench concerned. I hope this clarifies.
