Can a person stop a construction without the courts stay order ?

I would like to know that without court's stay order "can anyone stop any construction" this is the law.please, affirm me. it is land of "kabza" relaated. which was gathered by my grandfather and now my neighbor says that it is mine. actually, they filed a case against me in civil court raebarelly and they no stay order. without stay order they are stopping us.

in indian law no one can stop any legal construction. if court given stay order under law. so your construction is legal than nobody stop. because you wrote your matter very short and what you want so i am not better assist you.

Since , your are enjoying possession of that land from several years and there is no stay order against you . So you can do construction on that land and of thy try to stop you... Call police and ask them to take action against them as you are enjoying your legal right and the opposite party have no right to stop and if they want to do soo then they must show any stay order which prohibits to do so.
That without any stay order from the competant court of law, no person can stop the ongoing construction on the suit premises, if they are doing so then it is against the prescribed procedure laid down in the law.
