Can a person go to highschool again with different age in documents

My original age is 28 years in my high school certificate. Can we do high school again with change in date of birth as 17 years. It is possible I know but my question is ,it is legal to do or not?
Nhi, aap apni original date of birth se hi high school ki exam de skte ho lekin aap age km krke exam dete ho to ye jalsaji ka case hoga or aage future me aap problm me aa skte ho he isliye agr apko exam deni he to ap apni original date of birth ke sat hi exam do
