Can a notice issued by an Advocate be challenged in Writ petition? Kindly give citations for dismissal of such writ. Notice was issued for eviction on behalf of a authority of State Gov. which has been challenged by way of Writ petition.
Sir what Notice are you talking about is it the court issuing notice or a legal notice sent by the advocate to you. in both the cases you cannot challenge it through any petition or any Writ. if you file it wont be maintainable in the eyes of law
