Can a gift deed be cancelled by the same person

My father was gifted land one of his younger brother and now he is approaching the court to cancel the gift deed does he have any rights regarding the property? the registration is done in the presence of sub register. What should we do now?
if the gift was onerousness then the gift could not be cancelled but if the gift deed have condition then it could be cancelled if the condition is not complied by your father for non-compilation hence please see the conditions if any in the gift deed
