Can a case decide 27 year be re appealed now

27 years old case will re appeal or not in case of property and the case was decleared and won in 1990 in civil court of bhind by us only then also we did not got the property now i want to appeal in high court of gwalior can i and how is it possible please help me. i am alone and enemies are above 1000 please help me sir..............

As reflected from your query it is reflected that before 27 yeare your family won some property case and still you have not got the property as decided by the courts .
In such circumsatances as you already have an order in your favour the appropriate remedy is filing of EXECUTION case( before the execution court at Bhind) in compliance of that earlier judgement and decree , you need not to challanged the same by filing an APPEAL. But for that too you have to explain the delay.

Whether it's a ex-party order or a by party order..?

When you have won the case then the question of appeal does not arise. However, there are other legal remedies which can be availed but in that case the copy of the judgement is required to be studied and the action followed the judgement needs to be considered.
