Can a case be reopened if judgement has already been passed in HC

Hi sir , I am a former from anantapur, I have a question about case which was disposed in high court of andhrapradesh in 2010 again complainer raised same at district court anantapur in 2017 , is it possible after judgment in high court district court can reopen same case .

i hope the same would on different cause of action or different relief so please take all the copies of the previous cases and if it is criminal case you are at liberty to apply for quash and if it is civil case you can file a petition under section 10 and 11 of the code of civil procedure

Sir this suggestion only. Your question is not clear one on what subject is involved in your issue where it is criminal case issue or civil issue. However once the honble high court decided issue, you have option to file case before double bench court or to flie case before honble suprime court under time limitations.
In civil cases now the question is raised about res-judicta on the same subject matter but ther are number of apex court decision there. Approach advocate and discusse your subject and file fresh case on subject.
