Society maintenance ratio for residential & commercial shop in same building as per bye laws?
As per the Standard Byelaws, a Society can charge 4 times of Maintenance Charge Amount which it usually charges to its Residential Dwellers.
If you are aggrieved with the Bylaws, you can challenge it before the District Deputy Registrar of Co-Operative Societies.
