By Debt is over 50lacks .Need time legally to settle each persons mone

Dear Team,
I have taken 50lacs debt from other individual and not in a position to payback now. I don't have any property and I have only job to feed my self and family.
Is there any way that I can take time legally and settle each person on timely basis.
Looking forward for advice.

You can file IP in the concerned jurisdiction court. You can contact a good lawyer who can guide you accordingly . But one thing is that you will not get any loan in future . If your job is Govt job then it will be deducted fm your salary.

yes you can file a petition in court stating that you are liable to pay a certain amount to some debitors and now you are not in a position to pay them back the amount borrowed from them so kindly give me some time to settle the amount
