Buying party isn't allowing to demarcate the land boundaries

30-Apr-2023 (In Civil Law)
I had 2 Katha of land in a different city but i sold 1 katha of land which also included a house and the rest 1 katha is also within the same compound infront of that house. But the buying party always hesitated to partion or demarcate the land. Now when i want to demarcate the land he is not allowing and since i dont stay there he build temporary garage for his car without my permission. Withou going to court what are the legal ways to get my land under my possession and demarcate the land?

You can file one suit for demarcation of the land and in addition you shall get one injunction order to protect your part of land. The suit shall have to be filed before the Civil Court. On presentation of the suit, the Court shall give you appropriate remedy and on presentation of facts in a good manner you will eventually get your land demarcated.
