Buyer harassing after buying iphone olx

I sold my iPhone to a guy through olx, he thoroughly checked the phone. Then from that night he has started to harass me telling me he needs his money back and the phone is not working. Each time he calls and says a different problem. I was actually using that phone as my regular phone without any problem before selling it to him. I would have taken it back if it wasn't for his behavior and damaging the phone. What should I do? Can he move against me legally?

Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned that you are harassed by the buyer to whom you have sold out your phone through olx, therefore it is suggested that you can go to the police station and make a complaint against said person, as once you have sold to him by letting him check the phone, it is not your responsibility further to entertain him. for more information in detail kindly call me for the same.

Well, he cannot move against you legally if he is not going to file a fake case against you. For filing fake case too, he needs to be a mastermind. He need guts and good contact in Police Circles. If he is going to file a genuine case against you as the incident happened between the two of you, then Police would merely lodge NC or no NC at all as there are no witnesses in your case.
