Brother illegaly took over disputed property what to do

20-Jul-2023 (In Civil Law)
My brother, based on a "will" left by our father, has transferred patta on his name and sold the property as plots to potential buyers. I have filed a case against claiming my share before the honorable court, we are Muslims, hence "will" cannot be executed as per the personal law. Plots buyers are also a party in this case individually. Even after they are made a party in the case, couple of buyers have fenced their, plots and one has drilled bore-well. However I have stopped electricity connection to all the plots. Question 1: Can action be taken on them as per law? Question 2: Can I approach local police station for action against them? Question 3: Should I remove the fencing by myself? Question 4: Should I call them and ask them to remove fencing? Please help me with the sections in law... Note: I have written a petition to the collector and he has directed action on it, through DSP Office...What should I do?

In this case you need to look upon the status of the case that is there any stay order. However, you can file a complaint in the nearest police station or you can file a civil suit under the provisions of specific relief act. You can hire a lawyer and have a detailed analysis of your case.
