Brother causing trouble for the nominee and asking for funds

Father made me exclusive nominee in some accounts and in some joint nominee with my only brother. My brother is now sent me legal notice to share funds received by me as nominee. Since he had made nominees singly and jointly to avoid disputes . Father left a registered will regarding his immovable properties which he had clearly mentioned as he had distributed same to both. Religion Hindu
Funds received by you as a nominee cannot be shared. Since there is an existing will too would simplify it..Further i advice you to share the legal notice for comprehensive legal advice on the matter.
