My company filled case against me on breach of contract for Arbitration and criminal case as well what should I do

You are supposed to contest and defend the matter if they have filed a criminal case for breach of arbitration contract then you are supposed to give your defence and let the trial go on. If you don't remain present there may be consequences

Arbitration clause can be initiated either of the signing parties of an agreement if disputes arose between the parties and can not be resolved through mediation. If you received notice from Arbitrator, you have to appear before the Ld. Arbitrator and file your statement of defense. You can also challange the appointment of the Arbitrator on certain grounds.
