Boundry wall issue and constant neighbour harrasment

We are constructing a commercial building in 15000sq feet and the neighbors are objecting against the boundary wall height. Can I cover the my boundry wall with 30 feet GI sheet? Is it legal ? nWhat action can I take against my 2 neighbour who is troubling and abuse since 3 years regarding construction work. nHow does injunction order work ? Can they put case on me ? nIs there any other way to trouble them back. They have constructed house with zero set back against my boundary wall
