Boundary wall damaged by the trees of my neighbour

I,Gautam Halder, Hindu by religion,would like to state thet the boundary wall damaged is in a precarious condition which may cause an accident at any time while going past the boundary wall; but my neighbour when asked to repair the wall, has refused to do that , and even has been refusing to pay the compensation that we can repair the wall for ourselves.In such a circumstances what steps can we take to solve the problem?Please do advice.

It's his duty to do the same as per law or government you damage for the same. Give a letter through your Learned Lawyer making these two demands alternatively, you'll surely get a relief. This way many of my clients got relief. All the best and regards.
