Hi, I was booked under section 279 and 337 on 13th September 2019 and released on bail bond.
I have questions listed as under:
1)--Is it possible to quash FIR or Charge-sheet before the trial?
2)--Since these are two separate sections - will i face two trials under each section?
3)--I know charge-sheet is filed in 90 Days - in how much estimated time does trial start?
4)--What is the maximum punishment i should expect? Do i risk getting imprisoned also?
5)--Can i make national & international travel through all this?

(2) you will be facing joint trial
(3) Once chargesheet is filed, court will summon you to face trial
(4) Six months imprisonment with or without fine for each section. Yes, in case you are found guilty after trial, you will be sentenced to imprisonment.
(5) You can travel, unless same is in contravention of the conditions of your bail.
