BMC objection for Box-Grill & Loft for the Paghdi system room.

I am in my Paghdi system room since 1996 & I have taken this Resident room in the same position with Box-Grill & Loft. Now BMC says that both are illegal. The person from whom I took this room was living since more than 40 years & now I am living since more than 25 years. How could I defend my self to prove that both are legal ?

Well, in order to figure out whether you were legally living in that Chawl or not? I have to scrutinise the Title Documents of your Chawl. If chain of Documents proving Title of that Chawl goes in your favor, then case can be filed against BMC for declaring Title of Chawl and your possession in that Chawl as Illegal
