Blackmailing by Advocate at Tis Hazari

I was blackmailed by an Advocate at Tis Hazari, the advocate had given me a fee structure with the breakdown on blank A-4 paper, he has not refuted to it while shared with him in WhatsApp Chat, can I provide that as evidence and get relief plus compensation for the damages he did to me and my senior citizen father.
Also from where can I get the fee agreement form to avoid future ugly situations with Advocates.
