mr. a has invested in a flat in the name of mr. b & mr. b has given a power of attorny to mr. c for transfer of said flat in his name .it has done in the year 2009. now mr. b is denying for power of attorny & chalange it in the court
what are the contents of the power of attorney ? was it registered with the sub registrar office ? are the main questions since mr a has invested i think he wants the flat and mr b is denying any such power of attorney to keep the flat. if mr b has denied it and approached the court of law you should do the same and contest it in the court of law. please visit your local lawyer soon.
