My flat number is 301and down flat number is 201 and my bathroom leakage, so who will pay repair charges.
you can write a letter to your society informing them that repairs exists in your bathroom and the adjoining bathroom..if the repairs are concerning from the outside then it's the buildings responsibility to ensure that necessary repairs are conducted to ensure cleanliness.
