Baseless cases filed against one and family to block earning sources
02-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
There were Two Civil Baseless Cases filed against myself & my family to intentionally block on Earnings Source. These cases are filed with lowest stamp duty at first level court. Even the opposition is having an intention to file some more additional cases on other properties to extort money. It's almost like Blackmailing / threatening the property holder by filing a baseless civil case. What is the best possible solution for this?, Can malicious prosecution in synchronization with defamation and compensation against the opposition? Can we file a new case against the opposition in the high-level court by showing the actual property value and proper stamp duty of the properties? Please help me on this
Need some additional details sir. What is the nature of the suits filed in the lower courts. Ex. Suit for injunction, Suit for declaration etc. If they are blocking your income you can always file I.A. for interim order to realise your income during the pendency of case.
Filing a case for defamation is not possible as it does not have ingredients of s.499 of I. P.C.
The best way you can deal is by get your case dismissed as soon as possible as the cases are baseless.
