Bank trying to sale the property over non payment of loan

mene 22-6-15 ko ak plot purchase kiya tha before three month sbi bank ne meri property par possession ka notice against surfaci act laga diya us property ki tital deed bank me rakhi hi but jisne mujhe vah property sale ki thi vo died ho chuka hi motatoin not registered mere nam intkal bhi ho chuka hi bank loan 11 lack ka hai kaya bank meri property sale kar sakta h loan property purchase karne se 15 month pahle ka h
In this case you need to look upon the terms of agreement which you had during the sanctioning of loan. If you have not complied with the terms of the loan repayment or repayment of installments then they have all the rights to sale the mortgaged property as it is not the property of the bank if you are not paying the loan.
