Bank collection agents misbehave

Hi i am under debt on credit cards from different banks and unable to pay them off as I am not earning a good salary because of loss of job. Collection agents are coming to my home and telling my father to pay on my behalf. They misbehave. Hi is not liable for my debts.. Kindly let me knw what can I do
Query perused. You can file a complaint before the concerned Police Station against the collection agents for criminal intimidation. In case the police does take appropriate action you can file a complaint before the court of Additional Chief MMetropolitan Magistrate magistrate. You shall send a legal notice to the banks asking them to restrain the recovery agents and send a letter to the grievance cell departments of the bank.
Further, in the said notice you shall ask them to refrain or you will have to file a criminal police complaint for the same.
