Attendance by video conferencing allowed in High Court

Hindu law: a person is abroad. However his case status shows his attendance as present. How is it possible while he is abroad? His case is in high court. And if via video conferencing will the status will be mentioned as present?

Yes, as the new provisions and amendements in law the application towards that court can allow his presence also can record his eveidance on video conferencing but that video conferancing is from the authorised court video conferencing room only. No private mobile or any other private means. In every court even in high court, supreme court has faciliated video conferencing room.

No. As such there is no provision appear through video conference for party. Attendendance its similar legal word appearance party himself or through Advocate.
You can ask Advocate to appear on behalf of you.
