Arbitration agreement doesn't include appointment of particular arbitrator? What should I do? How can we appoint one?

If the contract does not stipulate the procedure for appointment of an arbitrator then the aggrieved party should invoke the arbitration and address the appropriate notice to the other party. thereafter you can file an application for appointment of an arbitrator before the court of competent jurisdiction.

you can aporch to the highcourt to appoint any Arbitrature in your matter if both are parties are fail to appoint the Arbitrature therefore you have option to file one Arbitration petition before jurisdiction highcourt thereafter both the parties shall bear the Arbitrature charges
