Application for succer cerificate

My parents was adopted me without papers . unfortunately they are died 30 years before . although iam nomine for all properties .but tahsildar reject my application for succer cerificate . what is ligal advice for me

We need more details on this from you like at what age were you adopted, from where we’re u adopted ? Why they adopted you ? In the school, college did they enter their name as your patents ? What all evidences do u have in this regard? Did they leave any WILL ?

there are several ways to prove that you were being adopted by you parents so even if there are no paper or documents even then adoption can be proved. As per law, if there is no WILL, then as per law you shall be required to apply in court for succession certificate asserting being successor of your deceased parents. Being nominee is not sufficient. if required consult with detail.
