Amount given to Brother In 2017 Can be Recovered If I File Case I

Amount given to brother in 2017 by cheque can be recovered.he has not paid any interest till now.in this limitation act is applicable can I recover the amount If I file case in civil court plz reply

yes it will get under civil court you have to file a case in civil. court money recovery suit againest him. first you have to take a bank statement and give legal notice to him then you have to file a case in court so if you get any cheque from him at the time you can file cheque bounce case thanks for asking questions
