agriculture land gat no.11 , 12 & 13 have dispute over direction.

Court case is going on:- Appellant :- He has taken the Agriculture land gat no.13 (0.80R) in 2007 from "mohite family" but unfortunately the actual possession he got in gat no.11,12 & 13(0.80R). Respondent:- He has taken the whole Agriculture land gat no.12 in 2017 from "Chavan family". Is that Appellant will get the Possession over gat no.11 ,12 & 13...? Respondent agrees that appellant has the position gat no.11,12 & 13 but it was illegal.

best solution available to you in the present matter is to arrive at a settlement and take the help of Survey department revenue call for demarcation of the property take position of ownership land. if the same is not done , at the time of resale of this particular property the same shall create Severe complications which will take substantial time to be sorted out in court of law. on an average it takes about 10-15 years if the matter is contested .

No, Because sale deed is of Gat.No.13.Therefore Appellant need to file for possession of Gat No.13 in civil court. Who is the previous owner of Gat No.13 not mentioned in your query. Therefore you need to tell detail about query again.
