After the chargesheet is filed can the victim and accused compromise/ settlement in the court? There are 2 compoundable and 2 non compoundable offences.. nnWhat is the procedure and how long does it take?
s you can settle the matter there itself within in one day both parties along with all the witness are present in the same day than the matter will take to evidence of all the witness along with victim and case may close very next day or next date
