Advise on false police complaints over property construction

Sir, Our house is in old city near Laldarwaja. Near our house in GHMC place opposite house person constructed a shed. Under that shed borewell also there. On April 2 , 2017 , Our self and our neighbours went asked them about construction. They said what ever you want to do do it. We will not remove. After that we gave complaint in GHMC.After that he gave complaint on us in p.s that we harassed him by taking many people. After few days he gave another complaint that we thrown stones on his home. Police enquired about us in that galli. No body said against us. Police People called and asked us.What we have to do now?
